Description:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational requirements.
- Serve as the primary expert on SAP SF Compensation, providing guidance and recommendations for system enhancements, configurations, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, define compensation policies, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage the compensation planning cycle including salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and other related compensation programs.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of SAP SF Compensation modules, ensuring efficient and accurate compensation processes.
- Oversee compensation data integrity, auditing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR and business stakeholders on the use of SAP SF Compensation tools and processes.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful execution of SAP SF Compensation initiatives.
- Willingness to travel on-site for key meetings and project needs, working closely with stakeholders across different locations as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Strong understanding of global compensation processes, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
- Extensive experience leading or contributing to the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with data analytics and compensation reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for key meetings and project milestones.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP SF Compensation Certification) are a plus.
