Retail Store Manager

Baer’s Furniture, the premier Furniture and Design company, is seeking a Store Manager for our North Palm Beach location. As a Store Manager at Baer’s, you will contribute to the growth, development and success of the North Palm Beach showroom. In this leadership role, and as a representative of Baer’s Furniture, the Retail Store Manager will lead in a manner consistent with the goals and character of the company.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Coach, mentor and encourage a successful sales team;
• Consistently exceed customer satisfaction;
• Build strong partnerships with Baer’s corporate and warehouse teams to ensure operational consistency;
• Partner with Human Resources for recruiting, onboarding, disciplinary concerns and presenting new initiatives and/or policies to staff.

Qualifications:

• Sales and supervisory experience in a commission environment;
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in all facets of managing a successful retail store;
• Solid communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Computer savvy; be proficient with Microsoft office tools;
• Strong knowledge of basic HR policies.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
