Baer is looking for BRIM - SOM/CI Lead Consultant for a 9 month project located in New Jersey
Title: BRIM - SOM/CI Lead Consultant
Location: Hybrid - 50% (alternate weeks to NJ)
Duration: 9 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Take the lead in implementing the SAP BRIM SOM and CI modules across multiple projects, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Lead design and solution discussions with clients, providing expertise in both SOM and CI modules.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor SAP BRIM solutions to fit those needs.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring project timelines, goals, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure SOM and CI modules are integrated effectively with other SAP systems and business processes.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on project tasks and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with full-cycle implementations of SAP BRIM SOM and/or CI modules.
- Strong understanding of the capabilities and configuration of SAP BRIM SOM and CI modules.
- Proven experience leading design sessions and solution discussions with clients.
- Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve technical challenges during the implementation process.
