Title: Digital LMS Implementation SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Hybrid (3 days on site) - Dallas, TX
Duration: 9 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Lead the development and customization of training platforms to ensure a seamless, engaging, and scalable user experience.
- Design and curate high-quality, interactive training content that enhances learning and knowledge retention.
- Work closely with vendors to create and deliver engaging content, ensuring timely project completion.
- Collaborate with the operations team to gather feedback and insights, using them to enhance the LMS and overall user experience.
- Develop engaging and accessible training materials that align with digital learning goals.
- Oversee and manage the implementation of training platforms and content development projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Assist the Business School Lead with SharePoint updates, AI solutions for training, and other operational tasks.
- Build training materials that align with organizational learning objectives and improve training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the creation of high-quality, interactive training content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and managing digital training platforms (LMS), SuccessFactors and 360 Learning.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms, AI solutions for training, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability creating training content with AI, creating role playing with AI chatbots.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects and ensure their successful delivery.
- Knowledge of tools and technologies used in education technology and instructional design.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and optimize processes.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in project requirements and organizational needs.
