Baer is looking for Incident Analyst for a 6 month project located in Rosemont, IL
Title: Incident Analyst
Location: Hybrid Rosemont, IL (In office 10 days/month (alternating 2 days in office one week, 3 days in office following)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to manage major incidents.
- Lead business-impacting incident resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate timely updates to stakeholders during incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis and track corrective actions.
- Maintain incident and problem management documentation.
- Create reports and metrics to measure incident trends and resolution success.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to align with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with incident/problem management processes and SLAs.
- Contribute to various IT projects as needed.
Requirements:
- ITILv4 certification or working knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ITIL
- Incident /Program Mgmt. must have
- Excellent communication skills and time management skills
- Participate in a 7x24 on-call rotation to manage major incidents Monthly basis, will be on 2 -week call rotation
- Must possess ServiceNow administrative experience, specifically how to configure workflows and script
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience OR High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant IT experience.
