Description:
- Lead efforts to gather and analyze client business process requirements for manufacturing.
- Develop detailed configuration rationales and system designs.
- Build and implement SAP system configurations for manufacturing processes.
- Design and execute test strategies and manage large, complex testing efforts.
- Create and maintain documentation such as RICEFW objects, test models, and scripts.
- Maintain, enhance, and configure SAP processes, including integration with other business systems.
- Collaborate with both technical and functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, including training junior team members.
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning is a plus.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Manufacturing modules.
- Proven team lead experience.
- 7 years of SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
- 7 years of SAP Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence experience.
- 7 years of SAP Manufacturing Batch Management experience.
- 7 years of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing: Advanced experience.
- Experience with federal government projects.
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Relevant SAP certifications.
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
