Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant (16813)

Baer is looking for Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant for a 6 month Federal Project located in Kansas City, MO.

Title: Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant
Location: Remote and Kansas City, MO
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:

• Lead efforts to gather and analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain, enhance, and develop SAP HCM modules, including integrations with other business systems.
• Design, build, and test functional solutions within the SAP HCM modules.
• Create detailed business process designs and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with functional requirements.
• Manage coordination across architects, developers, BASIS, middleware, portal teams, and business analysts to fulfill business analyst functions.
• Develop test strategies and manage large, complex test efforts.
• Build configuration rationales and designs, as well as perform system configuration.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning.
• Manage and mentor a team, providing guidance and training to junior members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including integration with Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.

Requirements:

• 7 years of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) experience.
• Proven team lead experience.
• 7 years of SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management experience.
• 7 years of SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 7 years of Business Process Design experience.
• Experience with federal government projects.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Relevant SAP certifications.
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
