Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or OpenTable systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and care.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of the meal.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services.
