Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced retail environment. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate pricing and change given.
• Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays as needed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Job Overview
Immediate Hire
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring that all food safety guidelines are followed. Looking for a quick learner in a fast-paced bagel store.

This is a morning shift and must be available 5:30 am - 2:00 pm on weekdays and weekends. (Time varies depending on the day).

Must be able to work on weekends and holidays.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor

Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently

Pay will include daily tips of minimum $10 - $20 per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
