WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Apprentice for us, you get to assist our experienced heating and cooling technicians out in the field at the homes and businesses of our customers. As you help them, they mentor you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to perform proper installation and maintenance techniques. You must be eager to learn and happy to help. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our Residential HVAC Technician team!
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- Physical ability and willingness to work outside in whatever mother nature throws your way
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to be insured by MSCO Insurance
