Baggett Heating & Cooling is hiring for a full-time Residential HVAC Lead Installation Technician - Senior Installer to lead our team to accomplish quality installations in the Clarksville, TN area. We pay an hourly starting wage of $22 - $30/hr, based on skill level, experience, and quality of work.
Not to mention, we provide top-notch benefits which include paid time off such as sick/personal time, holidays, and vacation (1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 3 years). RESIDENTIAL HVAC LEAD INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN - SENIOR INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience installing or servicing residential HVAC systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to be covered by a MSCO insurance carrier
- Duct design experience
- A familiarity with tablet-based applications
- Ability and willingness to train apprentices
- Understanding of airflow in duct systems, including but not limited to the ability to measure static pressure, CFM, and evaluate the capacity of an existing duct system
