Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (end time may vary).

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll be the expert homeowners rely on to keep their HVAC systems running smoothly. Your day will involve performing routine cleanings and checks on residential HVAC equipment, inspecting and evaluating duct systems, and recommending system enhancements or upgrades to homeowners. You'll assist other team members with maintenance, repairs, and replacements, ensuring every home receives the best possible service. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation, handle duct cleaning and repairs, maintain a well-stocked and organized vehicle, and always prioritize customer satisfaction before leaving any site.

IS THIS THE PERFECT RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY?

• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured by a commercial insurance carrier
• High school diploma or equivalency
• EPA certification
• 1 years of residential HVAC experience
• Neat and clean appearance, with a willingness to cover tattoos
• Possess personal tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to gain customer trust
• Coachable, "can do" attitude
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to resolve conflicts or issues openly
• Ability to fill in after-hours and join our on-call rotation
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to interact professionally
