Our Residential HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 4:30 with rotating holiday and on-call schedules. This HVAC technician position comes with a competitive wage starting at $23 per hour, depending on skill level and performance. There are also opportunities for extra pay from setting leads and selling optional products and services. We provide generous benefits and perks, including paid personal time off, paid holidays, paid supplemental insurance, retirement match, and paid vacation after one year. You will even get a paid day off on your birthday! After 90 days, we also offer prorated sick/personal time of up to 5 days per calendar year. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- 2 years of experience servicing residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work from heights or small crawl spaces and in inclement weather
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
