About the Role
BAGGU is looking for a full time People Operations Manager to join our growing People Ops Team (Human Resources).
As a member of People Ops you’ll be responsible for policy and strategy at the core of the employee experience for our team. In this position your focus will be on core HR functions, including benefits, performance management, development, and policy compliance.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Director of People Ops to create, evolve and execute HR functions and policy so they form a bedrock of trust, professionalism, and delight in BAGGU’s relationship with its team at every level of the company.
In order to succeed you will need to be exceptionally organized and comfortable building professional relationships in a remote first environment.
Location and Working Hours
- This is a Hybrid Remote Role - based out of our San Francisco Dogpatch office. You will need to work from the office 1 days per week.
- People Ops Works M-F 10-6 PT
- Travel - 4-5 overnight trips per year for store visits and support.
