Title- LPN- Clinic.
Duration- 13 weeks contract. (With strong possible extension).
Shift- 5:00 AM- 1:30 PM.
Location- Milford, OH 45150.
Requirements:
- 1 Years of Experience - Required.
- Med Passing experience - Required .
- Blood Draw - highly preferred .
- Must have a positive attitude toward individuals in substance abuse treatment.
- Skills Checklist - Required.
- Two Supervisory Reference Forms - Required.

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
