Join our growing team! Bagnall Properties LLC is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and will involve a variety of administrative duties, occasional front desk/customer facing responsibilities, data entry, filing, and bookkeeping.
Duties
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for executive team members.
- Assist with general office administration and problem-solving as issues arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in scheduling and time management.
- Computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to support deadlines and company goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Experience with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation is beneficial.
