Responsibilities
The Luggage Agent position is responsible for sorting the luggage for delivery to the appropriate resort or ship. The Luggage Agent will assist with unloading arriving luggage from the terminal and placing it on the carousel for sorting.
The Luggage Agent is also responsible for scanning the luggage, loading it into the correct cage for the Resort, sealing the cage and delivering the cage to the dock.
Additional responsibilities include : identify damaged luggage upon arrival, take any unreadable tags or non-tagged luggage to the Luggage Base, and loose load luggage for delivery to Port Canaveral.
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a criminal background screening
- Pass a drug screening
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Salary Range : $21-23 / hr
