Responsibilities
- Support hiring and onboarding processes (e.g. scheduling interviews; administration of pre-employment background check and drug testing processes; completion of new hire paperwork; scheduling of new hire orientation, etc.).
- Organize and promote hiring events
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Consult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1 years of HR-related work experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, human resources or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Disciplined self-starter proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Must be process oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
