Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of vehicles including flatbed trucks, roll-off trucks, tankers, and tractor-trailers.
- keep truck relatively clean.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Navigate local routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- 2 years verifiable CDL experience.
- Familiarity with flatbed operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Clean MVR (no tickets/ no accidents)
- Must pass drug test.
- Driver must be located near lufkin texas.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and clients.
