Job description
- Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to enhance internal tools and drive key company initiatives.
- Deploy and manage microservice-based architectures to monitor, optimize, and scale our global fleet of fuel dispensers and Automated Tank Gauges (ATGs).
- Administer and maintain Linux servers and services, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient operations.
- Design and develop innovative software solutions tailored to our ATG and Fuel Dispenser platforms, driving both functionality and efficiency.
- Lead and take ownership of DevOps tools, standards, and processes, fostering best practices and driving automation across the development lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong foundation in cloud environments, automation, and infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a DevOps team, with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Expertise in Linux administration (experience with Yocto is a plus).
- Proficiency in software development using Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Extensive experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience deploying and managing infrastructure in the cloud.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing DevOps environments (experience with embedded IoT devices is a plus).
