Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues and service requests related to software, and system functionality.
- Perform tasks, including user account management, system configuration, and software installation and updates.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization measures to ensure efficient and reliable system operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate software support, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to end-users, explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Conduct regular system maintenance activities, such as backups, patch management, and security updates, to ensure system integrity and data protection.
- Document support activities, including issue resolution steps, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge base articles, for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in system and software upgrades, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to users and systems.
- Stay update with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in systems support and administration, continuously improving technical skills and knowledge.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor s in computer science or closely related field.
