Director, Fraud Alert Network
Reports to: Managing Director, Research, Fraud, and Thought Leadership

ProSight is introducing new offerings to serve the evolving needs of the banking industry, including an online Fraud Community focused on connecting and improving fraud-related communication within the financial services industry. We are seeking a senior leader to build, lead and develop the team that will bring this virtual community to market, drive its growth, and achieve the goals for user adoption and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, launch and scale the new fraud community.
- Building upon an established, approved strategy for the offering – this role will be tasked with operationalizing the strategy, wearing multiple hats while concurrently building out a team and bringing the service to market.
- Collaborate closely with leaders across the business and across our client/member base, providing information and insights to bring the fraud community to market.
- Work closely with the Business Operations and IT teams, direct the systems development, implementation, testing and execution of technology systems relating to the fraud community offering and future emerging business strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Membership and support teams to design and execute engaging Day One onboarding experiences and a delightful ongoing customer experience.
- Define and refine the success metrics, key performance indicators, and program controls, and ensure that the Fraud Alert Network is launched, expanded, and maintained in accordance with these criteria.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for the Fraud Alert Network team.
- Foster an engaged, collaborative and high-performance culture within the department, placing a high value on community and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a record of success scaling digital solutions and virtual communities.
- Experience working and leading across the go-to-market functions – Product, Marketing & Messaging, Revenue, and Customer Success.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all areas of the organization. Excels at building strong working relationships with business leaders and at all levels in the organization.
- Ability to lead strategically, think creatively, and drive change, while also managing tactical execution to achieve company and individual goals.
- Effectively sets priorities, meets deadlines and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Displays a proactive and forward-looking mindset.
- Has a history of successfully managing and motivating teams, setting objectives and holding team members accountable.
- Deep experience in digital & mobile channels, content & information strategies, and professional & social communities across both virtual and physical spaces.
- Experience in a small to mid-sized professional services or non-profit environment is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- Ability to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, job-related knowledge and market considerations. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on business results and individual performance.
