  • Work closely with the Business Operations and IT teams, direct the systems development, implementation, testing and execution of technology systems relating to the fraud community offering and future emerging business strategies.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Membership and support teams to design and execute engaging Day One onboarding experiences and a delightful ongoing customer experience.
  • Define and refine the success metrics, key performance indicators, and program controls, and ensure that the Fraud Alert Network is launched, expanded, and maintained in accordance with these criteria.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for the Fraud Alert Network team.
  • Foster an engaged, collaborative and high-performance culture within the department, placing a high value on community and innovation.
