Healthcare Business Development Consultant / Project Manager –
Mobile Dental Clinic (Kissimmee, FL)
Location: Kissimmee, FL 34741(Hybrid role based near 3080 Park Pond Way,
Kissimmee with local travel across the Greater Orlando Area)About Us:
We are launching a mobile dental clinic startup in Kissimmee focused on convenience, affordability, and accessibility. Our mission is to deliver preventive, diagnostic, and basic dental treatments to clients at their homes, workplaces, and through strategic partnerships with local dental clinics.
Our administrative office is based at Coworkers Zone (3080 Park Pond Way), serving as a hub for coordination, client meetings, and minor procedures.
We are seeking a driven, experienced healthcare business consultant or project manager to help us design and launch this innovative, community-centered dental solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with local dental clinics in Kissimmee and the Orlando metro area.
- Secure service pricing agreements and referral protocols for outsourced in-person care.
- Coordinate licensing, insurance, and legal compliance with Florida regulations.
- Oversee setup of scheduling systems, mobile logistics, and administrative workflows.
- Lead the creation of a go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and service packaging.
- Assist with recruitment of key team members (sales, dental staff, coordinators).
- Implement scalable operational SOPs for future expansion into Tampa and Miami.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience in healthcare consulting, dental operations, or startup project management
- Knowledge of Florida dental regulations, HIPAA, and mobile/telehealth services
- Strong communication and partnership negotiation skills
- Experience working with private practices, DSOs, or community health services
- Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus Experience:
- Familiarity with mobile clinics, retirement home outreach, or corporate wellness programs
- Previous work with health tech platforms, tele-dentistry software, or remote scheduling systems
Employment Type:
- Contract or Part-Time (10–20 hours/week) to start
