Job Overview
This role combines customer service excellence with essential office tasks to support our daily operations. As a vital member of our team, you will interact directly with customers, assist with packaging and order fulfillment, answer phone calls, and perform general office duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about our products, including materials, care, and design inspiration.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, including returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting issues with orders.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Office Assistance
- Assist with daily office tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and organizing files.
- Manage inventory updates and ensure accurate records of stock levels.
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with care and attention to detail.
- Answer and route phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Live Stream help, we live stream on social media as part of services we provide to customers. Assist with answer questions and sending invoices etc. on live.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with other team members to improve customer service processes and office efficiency.
- Support marketing initiatives by preparing materials or assisting with content-related tasks as needed.
- Assist with showroom or event setups when required.
Qualifications
- Passion for Jewelry: A genuine interest in the jewelry industry and to learn about fine jade and gemstone pieces.
- Strong Work Ethic: Highly motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and an ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling tasks such as packaging and maintaining accurate records.
- Adaptability: Open-minded and eager to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the jewelry industry or luxury retail.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
