Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with bail procedures and guide them through the process.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns.
• Interact professionally with clients to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays

Qualifications:

• If you have a Department of Insurance license, we strongly encourage you to apply.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent phone skills and ability to provide top-tier customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience

Work Schedule:

• Open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, seven days a week.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including holidays days and nights
• Eight-hour shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $40,000 to $100,000 per year
• Bonuses and commissions.
