We look forward to adding another like-minded clinical therapist into our group. We offer psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors as well as couples.

We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This can be a full or part-time position. We will consider the right LPC-Intern for practicum and/or internship.

Hours are flexible; including two evenings and at least one weekend day highly encouraged to suit needs of our population.

Duties:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based psychotherapy techniques
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need
• Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy or behavioral therapy, to address client needs
• Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for clients
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment approaches
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  
  

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist
• Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions
• Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
