Job Description:
- Draw custom cabinets for residential buildings
- Communicate with design department, homeowners, and builders for approved drawings
- Create drawings, files, and cut-list for shop, CNC machine and razor gage.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently and accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle changing project requirements.
- Ability to read architectural plans, specifications, and design drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope including any specific client preferences.
- Excellent (verbal and written) communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
- Must have experience with Cabinet Vision Solids
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with Management and Team Members
- Highly dependable with excellent work attendance record.
- Cabinet drafting experience for residential and commercial
- Proficient with Office PC applications (i.e., MS Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Demonstrate ability to organize and manage time.
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16”
- Scale Plans with ¼” Scale
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- High School Diploma
- Valid ID and Drivers License
