Bailey Collaborative Soultions is seeking talented Simulation Software Engineers to support NASA's Orion Program, a groundbreaking spacecraft designed for human deep space exploration.
In this role, you will develop and maintain high-fidelity simulations to support the testing, validation, and performance analysis of Orion's critical systems. Your contributions will directly support NASA's Artemis missions , including returning astronauts to the Moon and preparing for human exploration of Mars . As part of this pioneering program, you will work with cutting-edge aerospace technologies , helping develop a spacecraft that will take humanity beyond Earth's orbit for the first time in decades.
This position is based in Denver, CO with potential hybrid or remote work options available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-fidelity simulation models to support testing and validation of Orion spacecraft systems , including Guidance, Navigation, Control, and Propulsion (GNCP) subsystems .
- Implement and enhance simulation software using Python and C for model development, testing, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into the design and development process .
- Work with software development teams to ensure seamless integration of simulation tools with flight software and hardware .
- Support system performance analysis , providing critical insights for optimization and mission planning .
