Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Supervisor to join our team. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our staff during weekend shifts. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing exceptional care to our patients. Duties: - Supervise and manage staff during weekend shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow - Collaborate with other supervisors and department heads to coordinate patient care and services - Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high-quality patient care - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA guidelines - Handle any escalated issues or concerns that arise during weekend shifts - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans - Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Familiarity with coding and billing processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements - Experience in areas such as acute pain management, behavioral health, senior care, family planning, ophthalmology, or discharge planning is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.
