PositionOverview :
The Internal Recruiter will beresponsible for identifying recruiting and placing consultants tomeet the firm’s internal needs.
The role requires someonewith strong recruitment skills and a passion for building apipeline of top talent. While direct experience in financialmarkets is not necessary the ideal candidate should have anunderstanding of recruitment best practices and the drive tocontribute to the firm’s success.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing : Proactivelysource and identify potential consultants and candidates usingvarious recruitment channels and tools.
- Candidate Screening : Conductinitial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesuitability for internal roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and project teams to understandinternal needs and align recruitment strategiesaccordingly.
- PlacementManagement : Manage the full recruitment cycle fromsourcing to onboarding ensuring a smooth and positive experiencefor both candidates and stakeholders.
- Market Research : Stayinformed about industry trends and market developments tounderstand the evolving talent landscape.
- Performance Tracking : Maintain and track candidate data including recruitment metrics andplacement outcomes to continuously improve recruitmentprocesses.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previousexperience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR.
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a provenability to engage and influence candidates andstakeholders.
- OrganizationalSkills : Strong organizational and time managementskills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
