Hardscape Crew Member

Position: Hardscape Crew Member – Bailey Landscape & Maintenance Inc.
Location: Harrisburg, PA

Bailey Landscape & Maintenance Inc., is a leading full service landscape company specializing in creating beautiful outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. We are hiring a Hardscape Crew Member to join our growing team! If you are hardworking, reliable, and ready to work in an outdoor environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements.
• Prepare and level ground, move materials, and handle tools.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, gravel, and other materials.
• Assist in the operation of construction equipment (if certified).
• Ensure job site cleanliness and safety.
• Follow the guidance of the foreman and team leads to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or hardscaping is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
