Position: Landscape Installation Crew Member – Bailey Landscape & Maintenance Inc.
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Seeding and sod installation
- Planting and installing shrubs, flowers, and trees
- Site preparation including soil amendments, grading, and leveling
- Properly handling and planting a variety of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Operating basic landscape equipment (walk behind preseeders, hydroseeder, etc.)
- Assisting with landscape design implementation and other general duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license required
