Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Own and manage communication on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including comments and messages.
- Develop and execute a TikTok strategy that ensures consistent and engaging content.
- Maintain a content calendar for strategic and consistent posting.
- Create, edit, and post compelling TikTok videos.
- Stay ahead of fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle trends to enhance content. Participate in and help facilitate live selling videos, content shoots, and events.
- Engage with audiences to build a strong brand community.
- Analyze content performance monthly and provide optimization recommendations.
- Deliver fast, effective responses to customer inquiries via website, social media, chat, phone, text, and video.
- Manage and fulfill web orders, coordinating with stores for transfers, shipping, and pickups.
- Provide toptier virtual customer service via web chat, phone, text, and video chat.
- Conduct virtual appointments and ensure seamless handoffs to sales associates when needed.
- Meet with customers in person when necessary to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support marketing initiatives and assist with various storerelated tasks as needed.
- Social Media: Maintain active engagement on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Customer Service: Provide fast, effective responses to all inquiries.
- Sales: Drive virtual sales through social media engagement and customer interactions.
- Efficiency: Promptly fulfill web orders and manage communication to maximize satisfaction.
- Proven experience in social media content creation & management (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
- Creative storyteller with strong video and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable on camera, interacting facetoface with customers, and building connections.
- Virtual sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving digital trends.
