Position Details:
- Flexible Schedule: No set hours—must be available on-call as needed.
- Travel-Ready: Able to travel on a whim, with all expenses covered for trips supporting events, appointments, and other personal tasks. Please note, no children or dependents can accompany you on work-related travel.
- Event Management: Coordinate, plan, and oversee both personal and professional events from start to finish.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact, managing all personal calls and emails with professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
- Styling, Hair & Makeup: Must be proficient in hair styling, makeup, and overall styling to assist Dr. Bailey in preparation for events and appearances.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree required.
- Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities; proficiency in hair, makeup, and styling; adaptable to changing tasks and priorities.
