Bailey’s Septic Service & Portable Toilet Rentals, a fifth-generation family-owned business, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and account management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Maintain organized records and administrative files.
- Help management with various office tasks as needed.
- Willing to learn and understand the septic and portable toilet industry.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with QuickBooks is required.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in email correspondence and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed.
