What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronic Security Technician position at Bailey Systems?
Bailey Systems is a growing IT and Infrastructure Company servicing the Metropolitan Area (www.baileysystems.com ). We are looking for an experienced electronic security professional to install, program and service Access Control, Intrusion Systems, and CCTV systems.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Intrusion certified and experienced with different Intrusion systems (DMP is desired)
- CCTV – certified and experienced with IP based camera systems
- Access Control Systems (ACS) – certified and experienced with ACS systems from design to installation and programming (Brivo is desired)
- High level understanding of electric circuits and wiring in low voltage applications
- Experience with low voltage AC and DC electrical systems and troubleshooting practices (including the use of a multi-meter).
- Be able to read and follow Blueprints
- Installation and troubleshooting of access control panels, door contacts, MAG locks, Push button door releases
- Intercom & video door station systems
- Conduit/EMT installation
- IT/IP networking and subnetting
Employment Requirements
- Drug Free and Clear Criminal Back Ground Check.
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License
- DCJS - Preferred
Pay and Benefits
- Hour pay rate TBD (Depending on experience & interview process).
