Bailey Veterinary Clinic in Roseburg, OR, is excited to welcome an experienced Groomer to our growing team! We are a full-service, mixed animal practice offering both general and urgent care, and we take pride in serving our amazing community.
Our hospital features a state-of-the-art grooming facility where our talented groomers have the autonomy to manage their own schedules and client relationships while enjoying the support of a collaborative salon environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled groomer who thrives in an independent setting but also values working alongside a dedicated team. To be considered, you must have professional grooming experience with various dog breeds and sizes.

Schedule and availability:
While we prefer a full-time candidate, we’re open to part-time for the right fit! Our grooming schedules typically run Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility for groomers to set their own days and hours.

You are responsible for all grooming services including:
- Bathing, drying, grooming/hair cutting as requested by client, styling, brush out, flea treatments, clipping/filing nails, gland expression, de-matting, ear hair removal, brushing teeth and cleaning up
- Keeping your area clean throughout day and end of shift
- Engaging with customers to ensure their requests are understood
- Evaluating the condition of the pet and addressing any styling/grooming concerns
- Must have prior knowledge and comfortability working with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Must have prior knowledge of breed grooming standards
- Certificate in grooming is a plus
