Bailey Veterinary Clinic, located in Roseburg, Oregon is a mixed animal, full-service and urgent care veterinary clinic looking for an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!
We have an amazing team including 6 CVTs and 10 experienced Veterinary Assistants, some of whom have been in the industry for over 20 years and are excited to share their knowledge! We have a robust and personalized training and mentorship program for newer CVTs and those looking to expand their skillset. CVTs joining our practice have the opportunity to fully utilize their skills and license, with regular involvement in exciting procedures and surgeries as well as critical-care and urgent appointments.

Schedule, benefits and compensation:
This is a flexible, full-time position with 10-hour shifts, and an expected 30-40 hours scheduled per week. We are open 7 days a week with extended urgent care hours in the evenings. This position will include evening and weekend hours with an excellent shift differential for swing shifts.
- Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00/hour, based on experience and skillset
- $2/hr swing shift differential for CVTs
- Bonus Package: $2000
- CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter
