What You'll be Doing:
- Pipe Installation – Assist with laying and connecting underground piping for water, sewer, and drainage systems.
- Site Prep & Digging – Work alongside heavy equipment operators to prep job sites for construction.
- Material Handling – Move and position pipes, tools, and other materials as needed.
- Grading & Backfilling – Ensure trenches are properly sloped and filled after pipe installation.
- Teamwork & Safety – Follow job site safety guidelines and work closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently.
Who We're Looking For:
- Construction or labor experience preferred, but not required – we’re willing to train motivated individuals!
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- Familiarity with trenching, grading, and underground utilities is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
