What You'll be Doing:
- Overseeing Operations – Manage wall and flatwork projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Leading & Mentoring Teams – Direct and support foremen and crews to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Project Coordination – Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep jobs on track.
- Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure job site.
- Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve project challenges efficiently to keep work moving forward.
Who We're Looking For:
- Extensive experience in concrete construction (wall and flatwork preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete methods, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain a medical card.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
