What You'll be Doing:
- Assist & Advise: Help customers choose the right products by asking the right questions, providing technical support, and offering solutions.
- Build Relationships: Get to know regular customers and create a welcoming environment where they trust your recommendations.
- Sales & Order Processing: Enter sales orders, handle invoicing and payments, and manage returns with accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory & Warehouse Support: Keep products stocked, promote special deals, and assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with new and existing products, industry trends, and technical advancements.
Who We're Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- HVAC-R or counter sales experience? Great! If not, we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems.
- Someone detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50-70 lbs regularly.
