What You'll be Doing:
- Order Processing: Handle incoming shipments and supplier orders, ensuring all materials are received and processed accurately.
- Shipping & Receiving: Manage UPS, LTL, auto freight, store transfers, and customer pick-ups with precision.
- Inventory Management: Keep warehouse stock organized, track inventory locations, and assist with cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Load and unload products safely, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Operate forklifts and other equipment while keeping the warehouse clean and efficient.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Who We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: Forklift certification and experience with RF scanners/pickers.
- Bonus: Prior warehouse, distribution, or HVAC industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50-70 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license required.
