What You'll be Doing:
- Operate Heavy Equipment – Safely run excavators, loaders, dozers, and other machinery for excavation and concrete work.
- Site Preparation & Grading – Excavate, level, and prepare job sites for construction projects.
- Material Handling – Load, move, and transport materials efficiently and accurately.
- Equipment Maintenance – Perform basic maintenance checks and report any necessary repairs.
- Work as a Team – Communicate effectively with crew members and follow job site safety protocols.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders.
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, and construction site preparation.
- Ability to read site plans and follow directions accurately.
- A safety-first mindset with experience following OSHA and job site safety regulations.
- CDL is a plus, but not required.
