- Estimating Excellence : Prepare and present cost models, preliminary budgets, GMP estimates, and Lump Sum bids to secure projects and drive success.
- Project Planning : Analyze specifications and plans, conduct quantity take-offs, and determine labor, material, and equipment costs.
- Collaboration : Work with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure bids align with project scope, and maintain historical pricing data to refine future estimates.
- Construction Insight : Oversee methods, safety procedures, and company policies while ensuring smooth project execution.
- Problem-Solving : Tackle production challenges, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
