As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and appliances.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems effectively.
- Execute repairs involving plumbing, welding, and mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Work with ammonia refrigeration systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to design and build solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment or appliance repair.
- Familiarity with schematics and the ability to read technical drawings.
- Experience in field service roles is preferred.
- Skills in welding and plumbing are advantageous.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
