***Duties***
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Create new customer accounts and set up services.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Assist with office management tasks, data maintenance, and special projects
***Skills/Experience***
- 2 years Customer Service Experience required
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and strong intrapersonal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and organizational skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
