About the Role:

As a Server at Wyatt House Retirement Center, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service by taking meal orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all dietary needs are met with care and attention. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our residents. This position requires strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, their families, and the kitchen staff. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our residents, making their dining experience enjoyable and fulfilling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a healthcare or retirement community setting.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition.

Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and take meal orders with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring that dietary restrictions are adhered to.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
• Assist residents with any special requests or needs during their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
