Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance person skills and experience in various construction tasks. Duties
- Execute various maintenance person tasks including remodeling and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
- Perform roofing tasks, including inspection and maintenance to ensure structural integrity.
- Apply caulking in necessary areas to prevent water damage and improve insulation.
- Operate hand tools effectively and safely while maintaining equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
