PAY RANGE: 4-month training pay commission. On or before month 4, 100% commission based. High performers earn $200k in uncapped commissions.
POSITION SUMMARY
Are you driven by success and the desire to make a real impact? As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to achieve at a high level while guiding homeowners to safeguard their homes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Drive to prescheduled appointments through companyprovided leads (NO COLD CALLING!)
- Perform inhome inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.
- Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in San Antonio as needed
- Provide a remarkable customer experience
- Thrive in a competitive, yet teamoriented environment where high expectations are set, and everyone works together to achieve their goals
WHAT YOU OFFER
- Minimum of two years’ sales experience, or combination of education and experience
- A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. A track record of strong communication skills
- A passion for providing topnotch customer service to our customers
- Ability to do physically demanding activities (crawling, kneeling)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving requirements
- Ability to travel 10% of the time (dependent on business needs)
- Preemployment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
