What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Baird's Dry Cleaners?
This is a part time position working from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm. This is a great schedule for a college student or someone who has classes on line.
You will be responsible for managing customer transactions at our front counter, which includes receiving payments and handling customer's clothing items. Good people skills are required. You must be professional, polite, friendly and have a growth mindset. You will also perform some data entry for clothes check in but no experience is needed as this will be trained. Must be able to multi task! Salary is based on experience and will be discussed at the time of interview.
